The P3 connector for the WFD carries

  1. The P3 connector for the WFD carries the D.C. power to the board.
  2. The connector is a 96 pin connector with 3 rows by 32 columns.
  3. Each DC level is carried on a group of 4x3 pins. The ground is on
  4. the last 12x3 pins.

  16. The voltages listed are the nominal voltage required by various
  17. chips on the WFD board. The +-6 V is mostly for the daughtercard
  18. Op-Amps. The -5.2 V supply is for ECL components. The -2 V is mostly
  19. used for the ASIC. The +5 V is used by almost every component as
  20. a TTL level. The actual voltage at the P3 connector may be higher
  21. to compensate for a voltage drop between the connector and the chips.
