The AdobePDF.dll file in this directory is the 64 bit version needed to install CS3 on a 64 bit Windows 7/8/8.1/10 . Do a "File Save As" on the file and save a copy on your hard drive. Then when the installer asks for the AdobePDF.dll file browse to that folder and the installation should continue.
